Carmody Irish Brew Pub is a little brew pub overlooking a great big lake. The building (across from the Sheraton Hotel and next to Duluth Trading) is one of the oldest structures in downtown Duluth. What was once a Livery stable for horses in the 1880’s has been re-purposed as a small brewpub, and has been making craft beer for ten years.
Carmody has 32 beers on tap, including six brewed in their nano brewhouse. Carmody brews four year-round beers – Agnes Irish Red, Dewey Scanlon IPA, Black ’47, and People’s Pub Ale – in addition to two seasonal offerings.
