Pitchfork Brewing Company is a small batch, pre-prohibition style brewery located in Hudson, Wisconsin. Our beer is brewed in the classic style using locally sourced ingredients and whole cone hops whenever possible. We use no filtration or clarifying agents for classic, authentic brews.
Our tap room serves one of a kind craft pizzas, sandwiches, and appetizers. We smoke our own meats on site for a freshness you can taste. We look forward to seeing you soon. Cheers!
