1. Terms
By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Use License
(a) Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Craftapped’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Craftapped’s web site;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
(b) This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Craftapped at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Rules Of Membership
(a) Craftapped membership and benefits are non-transferable. Unless specifically stated, benefits apply to the member only and may not be applied to any other individual. Members must buy a membership for the state they reside in.
(b) Members may redeem their beer credits at any partner establishment for a complimentary full-size tap beer (pint or equivalent), or a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offering. Some restrictions may apply. Please visit the Craftapped Partners page (craftapped.com/partners) for details, and the individual partner’s page for additional information about a specific partner establishment.
(c) Craftapped Partner Establishments are subject to change without notice. Active partners are those appearing within the beer redemption web app.
(d) Members may redeem 1 beer credit per establishment, per 30-day period.
(e) Members may redeem 2 beer credits per day.
(f) The official Craftapped beer redemption web app identifies you as a member, and entitled to membership benefits. Members may be asked to present a legal form of identification when ordering alcoholic beverages.
(g) Members may only have one active membership. Additional memberships attributed to the same member will be cancelled without refund.
(h) Members agree to and understand that their membership has an auto renew. Memberships may be cancelled at anytime but refunds are only available if you email us requesting one. Refunds are only available within 30 days of your renewal charge. Please see www.craftapped.com/faq
(i) Craftapped reserves the right to change the terms, price and benefits of its membership at any time.
(j) Craftapped does share your email information with the partners that you redeem at. They may send you offers and event notices directly. We do not share your information with partners that you do not visit.
(k) If you redeem over 85% of your drink credits in 1 state but do not have a membership in that state. We may require you to switch memberships. Irrelevant of where your listed address is located.
3-B. Discounts
(a) Any discount program codes, i.e. “Groupon/Living Social Deals” that are applied on our site, must have the user reside (and have their primary residence be) within a respective geographic location for which they purchased the code to use. Ex: A Groupon/Living Social Coupon for Milwaukee, or Denver- the user must live within that city’s metro or greater metro area.
4. Disclaimer
The materials on Craftapped’s web site are provided “as is”. Craftapped makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Craftapped does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Craftapped or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Craftapped’s Internet site, even if Craftapped or a Craftapped authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
6. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Craftapped’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Craftapped does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Craftapped may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Craftapped does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Craftapped has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Craftapped of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.
8. Site Terms of Use Modifications
Craftapped may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
9. Right of Revocation
Craftapped reserves the right to revoke any membership, without refund, for refusal to observe the Terms of Service and/or Rules of Membership.
10. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Craftapped’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
