Hundred Mile Brewing Company™ (HMBC) was built on the foundation that we love clean hand crafted fresh beer. Fresh is our thing. It is such a thing, we trademarked “Fresh. It Never Gets Old™”. Add quality food, signature craft cocktails mixed with laughter in a pleasing vibe and atmosphere. This is our vision of a gathering place where our guests will first show up to check us out, and then come back frequently because the way our brand makes them feel.
We have 24 craft beers on tap and constantly rotate the flavors and beer styles. Our chef-inspired menu offers dishes such as Poke, Brewer’s brisket burger, double patty smash burger, and what some have said are “the” best short ribs in the greater Phoenix area!
Don’t forget, we have a full bar featuring Hundred Mile Signature cocktails, like the Spa Day and Hibiscus Margarita.
