Established by avid homebrewer and former Pabst brewing supervisor Randy Sprecher in 1985, Sprecher is Milwaukee’s first brewery since Prohibition. Independent, family-owned and operated Sprecher Brewery continues to be a pioneer in the craft brewing scene. Known for award-winning European-style beers like Black Bavarian, Abbey Triple, Hefe Weiss, IPA and Piper’s Scotch Ale, Sprecher also produces a variety of bourbon-barrel aged beers, fresh hopped beers, Belgian sours, ciders, and of course, a distinctive line of craft sodas brewed with Wisconsin honey.
