Waltz Brewing was born from the vision of three friends—Adam, Michael, and Karl—who built a taproom that became a staple of the Forest Grove community. Their passion for craft beer and creating a welcoming space brought Waltz to life as a place where people could unwind, connect, and enjoy exceptional brews.
Today, their legacy is proudly preserved by Ian, Sam, Andrew, Lance, and Robyn. The team took the reins in 2024, driven by the same commitment to quality and community that Adam, Michael, and Karl established. While honoring the past, they’ve expanded Waltz’s offerings, refreshed the space, and ensured it remains a gathering place for craft beer enthusiasts and music lovers alike.
Waltz is a great place to relax and enjoy a cold beer. It also hosts weekly events like Trivia Tuesdays at 7PM, the Bluegrass Jam Session Thursdays at 6PM and bi-monthly events like Book Club and Podcast Club on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 7 PM, plus Open Mic Night the first Friday of the month at 6PM. Waltz also hosts Live Music and local food trucks
