56 Brewing has turned an industrial, brown space into usable green gardens and patio spaces – intentional synergy with the ground and brewery. They grow and showcase hop varieties at the facility and local indigenous spices, herbs, flowers and plants in gardens that we use in pilot beer creations. 56 Brewing strives to be environmentally friendly, to offset the carbon footprint of their facility and to utilize a rainwater collection system for their gardens and plants.
56 Brewing offers a core lineup of bold and session craft beers with a focus on locally sourced ingredients and using seasonal variations and infusions. Honey Kolsch, Dark Chocolate Coconut Stout, Rye Lager, and Pale Ale are the flagship beers. Additionally, they produce several rotating and seasonal beers.
