Over the years, here at Bière de Mac, our philosophy, outlook & tastebuds have evolved a bit. We have learned that being located in a tourist destination requires that certain styles need to be represented on our board, but furthermore, we have cut our teeth on the French/Belgian niche and have really learned to appreciate what that region of the world has to offer to beer enthusiasts. While our brewhouse is small, it does allow us to explore different beers, different styles and different water profiles across the globe on a small batch level and this keeps the brew days interesting! Come in, relax, & try a few styles that you have never had before. You might find something that you never knew you were missing!
