Can’t beat a mission statement as simple and solid as this: “Turning good water, quality hops and stellar malts into great craft beer!” Okay then, we’re all in!
You know that, in Minnesota, summer is meant to be enjoyed. But summer is often short and leaves you waiting for next year. At Boathouse Brothers Brewing, they’ve captured that summer feeling and bring you the experience all year long.
For cryin’ out loud: the logo is a boat propeller. Among the taproom seats are those from pontoon boats. The tap handles look a whole lot like floating keychains used for watercraft. Beers that are standards at the brewery are called ‘anchors.’ Rotators and seasonals are called ‘buoys.’ Nice.
Proprietors Emmett Swartout and Kevin Lethert have put together a combination of finely crafted brews, the first brewery and taproom in Prior Lake, and an attitude that will lift your spirit – whether the lake water is fluid or frozen.
