A spark becomes a flame, homework follows, a plan is devised and a brewery is born – with a name inspired by a legendary poem that means “unconquerable” in Latin. Say hello to Invictus Brewing Co.
The founders are Blaine residents and Blaine fans, proud of the vibrant sports scene in their fast growing city. It seems only fitting that Invictus is adjacent to the National Sports Center.
To these guys, brewing beer is the ultimate convergence of art and science. And as art is subjective, they craft a wide range of brews to appeal to all beer drinkers.
And there is more than tap handles under the roof at Invictus, as they’ve partnered with a locally owned and managed kitchen called The Tipsy Steer, located right in their space. Brick Oven pizzas, house smoked sausages, street style tacos, delicious burgers and more.
