Founded in 2019 by our father and his friend, Little Round Still was reimagined in 2026 by siblings Michael and Melissa in our hometown of Alexandria, Minnesota.
Our story began with the craft of barrel-making — cutting staves from white oak, shaping them into whiskey barrels, and learning the patient art of aging. From there, we moved from crafting the barrels to filling them. Today, that same deep respect for oak and
time flows into every spirit and cocktail we create.
At our distillery and cocktail room you’ll find our handcrafted spirits alongside an array of house-made liqueurs, bitters, amaros, shrubs, tinctures, and perfumes. Every drink on the menu is built exclusively with our spirits — from familiar favorites reimagined with greater depth and character, to original creations and truly barrel-aged cocktails that honor tradition while embracing innovation.
