Ullsperger Brewing is a nanobrewery located in St. Louis Park, MN. Ullsperger Brewing was founded in October 2023 by homebrewer, Dan Ullsperger.
We have six flagship beers that will always be on tap AND will always have seasonal & adventurous rotating beers!

EVENTFUL IPA – American IPA – 6.2% abv.
Caramel – Hoppy – Citrus
This West Coast IPA has a caramel body with a hop profile that journeys from earthy pine and floral to grapefruit and citrusy lemon.
Malts: 2 Row, Caramel 120, Dextrin
Hops: Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, Citra
IBU: 58
CoCoNuT Pete – Cream Ale – 4.7% abv
Light – Natural Coconut – Earthy
Brewed with flaked coconut and then hopped with El Dorado, delivering wonderful pineapple aromas. Whether you just finished mowing the lawn, or you’re enjoying patio drinks, close your eyes and you’ll think you’re in Pinacoladaburg.
Malts: 2 Row, 6 Row
Hops: El Dorado

HELLO LIFE – Blonde Ale – 5.7% abv
Light – Slightly Malty – Black Currant
Your classic American beer. Brewed for everyone, to be enjoyed anytime. Welcome life as it comes with a good beer in hand, say Hello. Finishes with a hint of black currant.
Malts: 2 Row, Dextrin, Flaked Corn
Hops: Galena
IBU: 21
HOME RUN HAZE – Hazy IPA – 7.9% abv
Spice – Fluffy – Juicy Apricot
A Warrior like smash of citrus and spice lead off, Mosaic steps to the plate, and then flaked oats and wheat malt carry the body until peach, guava, and apricot aromas blast this one into the next Galaxy. We knocked this one out of the park! So sit back, enjoy the fireworks, and let the haze settle.
Malts: 2 Row, White Wheat, Dextrin, Flaked Oats
Hops: Warrior, Mosaic, Galaxy

PARADISE FOUND – Sour (Fruit Beer) – 5.3% abv
Tart – Dry – Guava
We have tapped into mother nature’s hidden fruit and created a beer that takes you to paradise! This beer brings all the flavor of guava with a light sour taste.
Malts: Pilsner. 2 Row, White Wheat
Hops: El Dorado
IBU: 5
GOOD RATS – Irish Stout – 5.7% abv
Chocolate – Roasty – Smooth
Traditional Irish Stout. Medium body, plenty of sweetness but not too malty. Complex but easy drinking. We made quite a creation!
Malts: Irish Stout, Caramel 120, Chocolate, Flaked Oats, Aromatic, Roasted Barley
Hops: Goldings
IBU: 25
