From the beginning, Zymurgy Brewing Co. was modeled to be a sustainable, earth-conscious operation with an underlying goal of community support and education.
We employ sustainability practices to reduce the brewery’s energy consumption, and to minimize waste creation and overall environmental impact.
We support the local economy by featuring ingredients and services from small business in the area,. We have partnered with several local businesses to source many of our ingredients, and pledge to boast a local flair in each product we sell.
The taproom serves as a public house, a gathering grounds for local organizations, classes and more. We host brewing class series for our patrons, along with special guest speakers and experts in the expansive field of fermentation.
